A fast-growing venture-backed AI healthcare company is looking for its first senior People hire to help scale the business through its next phase of growth.

This is not a traditional HR role.

You’ll work directly with the founders and leadership team to build the people function from the ground up, owning hiring strategy, talent operations, culture, onboarding, performance processes, and the overall employee experience as the company scales.

The environment is ambitious, fast-moving, and highly collaborative. The team is made up of people from leading technology, healthcare, and startup backgrounds, united around building products that have meaningful real-world impact.

What You’ll Be Doing:
Partner directly with founders and senior leadership on hiring and organisational growth
Lead end-to-end recruitment across technical and business functions
Build scalable people processes, systems, and workflows
Shape company culture, engagement, and performance practices
Improve onboarding and employee experience across the business
Support managers with coaching, people challenges, and team development
Help define compensation, progression frameworks, and internal policies
Play a key role in scaling the company from early-stage growth into a more mature organisation

Experience working within a high-growth startup or scale-up environment
Strong recruiting and talent acquisition background
Ability to operate both strategically and hands-on
Experience building processes from scratch in ambiguous environments
Someone commercially minded, proactive, and highly organised
Comfortable working closely with founders and senior stakeholders
Passion for building strong teams and high-performance cultures
