Motion Designer and Video Editor

To support a dynamic marketing team, the part-time contract Motion Designer and Video Editor will create compelling motion graphics and short-format videos, translating scripts into high-impact visual content while working remotely on project-based assignments.
Key responsibilities

Translate briefs into storyboards and propose visual approaches for video projects
Edit videos for narrative clarity and deliver platform-specific versions while ensuring a polished look
Collaborate with marketing and creative directors to align visual narratives with brand standards

Required qualifications

5+ years of professional editing experience with a portfolio showcasing short-form work
Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design or a related field, or equivalent experience
Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects
Strong understanding of social media specifications and best practices for video content
Proven ability to craft stories from stock assets and minimal footage, with attention to audio and color fundamentals
