Video and Motion Graphics Editor

To support a dynamic creative team, the full-time Video and Motion Graphics Editor will craft post-production video projects from script to completion, balancing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment, with the option to work remotely or from the Washington, DC office.
Key responsibilities

Craft post-production video projects, including political and digital video ads, from concept to completion
Balance multiple projects at various post-production stages while ensuring high-quality output
Develop creative concepts and make design decisions independently and collaboratively with the team

Required qualifications

At least 4 years of experience in motion design and post-production video editing
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly After Effects, Illustrator, and Premiere
Experience creating video content for digital platforms and social media, preferably in the political or advocacy sector
Knowledge of media asset management platforms and social media video specifications
Strong project management skills and the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
