In this role, you'll partner closely with Account Managers (they handle the client conversations) while you focus on building, optimizing, and improving campaigns across Paid Social and Display. You'll spend your time digging into performance, spotting trends, testing new ideas, and turning data into smart decisions that make a real impact. Analyze performance and make adjustments to improve results (targeting, creative, placements, etc.)

Keep a close eye on campaign trends and jump on opportunities in real time

Partner with Account Managers to align performance with client goals and KPIs

Build audience targeting strategies that drive strong ROI

Turn data into clear, simple insights that others can easily understand

Collaborate with creative teams to improve ad performance

Test new ideas, strategies, and approaches to keep campaigns fresh and effective

Stay up to date on platform changes and new trends in digital marketing

What you bring

3+ years of experience working in digital marketing (Paid Social + Display)

Hands‑on experience with platforms like

Meta, YouTube, Snapchat, and TikTok

Strong analytical skills – comfortable working with data and finding insights

Solid Excel skills (you don’t need to be a wizard, but you know your way around)

Ability to explain performance in a way that actually makes sense to others

A proactive mindset – you don’t wait to be told what to do

Ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities without dropping the ball

What will make you stand out

You’re naturally curious and love testing and learning

You look at data and immediately start asking “why?”

You are comfortable working both independently and with a team

You enjoy solving problems and finding better ways to do things

A little more about how you'll work

Collaborate closely with Account Managers, Ad Ops, Sales, and Creative teams

Own your campaigns and have the ability to make real impact

Be encouraged to bring new ideas and challenge the status quo

Help tell the story behind campaign performance – not just report numbers

What you'll need

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Advertising, or a related field (or equivalent experience)

3+ years optimizing digital campaigns

2+ years working with reporting/analytics

The annualized base salary for this role will be $45,000 - $55,000. Variable compensation may apply and could vary based on skills, experience, location, and union representation.
