Business Solutions Manager at Ultimate Staffing

As our first Director of Sales, youll lead, build, and optimize the sales organization across the board. Youll coach, structure, hire, align, and scale. Youll ensure metrics matter, humans grow, and our message lands cleanly in-market. From overseeing our setters and closers to refining the sales funnel and launching new enterprise strategies, this is an opportunity to architect a sales org with meaningful support-and meaningful scope.

Youll report directly to the COO and work closely with leaders in marketing, operations, and fulfillment.

● Lead a fast and continuosly growing team of 5 closers, 3 setters, and 1 confirmation specialist

● Manage and mentor the Head Sales Coach and RevOps Manager

● Build and evolve the team through hiring, coaching, and development

● Cultivate culture, ownership, and accountability across the sales org

● Improve performance at each stage: show rate → discovery → demo → close

● Continuously review and improve onboarding, scripts, training materials, and assets

● Own weekly sales meetings and cross-departmental syncs

● Audit pipelines, CRM entries, call recordings, and key sales behaviors

● Align sales activity with fulfillment capabilities and enterprise delivery

● Own HubSpot CRM utilization, reporting, and funnel management with RevOps

● Analyze performance data to identify trends and gaps-and take action

● Create dashboards, reporting flows, and rhythm-of-business tools

● Spot test and launch new offers, pricing models, and positioning

● Partner with the marketing team on messaging, email copy, ad feedback, and positioning

● Work with operations to ensure alignment with onboarding and fulfillment

● Collaborate on enterprise strategy and implementation plans

● Introduce upsell and downsell strategies for various client segments

● Drive funnel improvements across stages and touchpoints

● Help TCC scale toward 500+ employees and 2000+ clients over the next three years

● A proven sales leader whos aggressively scaled teams and systems in fast-growth environments

● Someone who balances data-driven decisions with human-centered coaching

● A HubSpot power user (or willing to become one fast)

● A builder, teacher, mentor, and operator

● Comfortable with ambiguity, confident with structure, and clear in communication

● Obsessed with improvement-of people, systems, and outcomes

Nice to Haves

● Experience in recruitment, staffing, or construction SaaS

● Background in enterprise sales or launching new GTM motions

● Understanding of RevOps and sales/marketing alignment best practices

Monday-Friday Pay Salary Location: Remote (Global applicants welcome - EST working hours) Reports to: Co-Founder & COO Compensation: $160,000 base + strong performance-based bonus + full benefits
