Job Overview
iHeartMedia is seeking an Executive Producer / On‑Air Talent for JAM'N 94-5 in Medford, MA. This role requires a dynamic, organized individual with strong knowledge of Hip Hop music and culture, social media savvy, and the ability to produce and host a daily morning show.

Responsibilities

Produce the daily morning show by collaborating with the host on content creation and execution, organizing show clocks, and integrating content and music.

Guide content decisions based on Hip Hop music culture, pop culture, music, sports, and related news.

Co‑host the show, adding authentic perspective and knowledge to conversations with the host, guests, and callers.

Manage pre‑, post‑, and in‑show tasks: pull audio actualities, book guests, prep callers, and coordinate content on air and on social media.

Repurpose audio/video content for social media platforms.

Work with the Program Director, Marketing Director, Digital Content Manager, and Sales management to execute station strategies.

Ideate new ways to reach ratings and revenue goals.

Qualifications

Strong knowledge or interest in Hip Hop music and culture, and a general interest in pop culture, music, sports, and news.

Experience in broadcast production and on‑air performance, either radio or audio, or related communication experience.

Strong organizational skills and superb attention to detail.

Ability to deliver an engaging, authentic personality on air and on social media.

Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Experience with audio and video production tools.

Expertise in social media strategies.

Compensation
Salary: $68,000 – $85,000. Salary will be determined by experience, skills, and market data.
