Description

Advise clients on trademark, copyright, and media law matters.

Handle trademark clearance, prosecution, and enforcement strategies.

Manage copyright counseling, including registration and enforcement issues.

Support litigation and dispute resolution related to intellectual property.

Collaborate with clients on advertising and media-related legal concerns.

Draft and negotiate agreements involving intellectual property and media rights.

Stay up-to-date on relevant legal developments and provide strategic advice.

Foster strong client relationships through exceptional service and expertise.

Profile
A successful candidate should have:

Strong knowledge of trademark, copyright, and media law.

Proven ability to handle complex intellectual property matters.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Capability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

A Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Membership in the New York State Bar.

Job Offer
