Health Client Technology Manager
The Health Client Technology Manager is a subject matter expert level of client benefits plan requirements, System Development Life Cycle (SDLC), and benefits administration systems.
Responsibilities
Collaborating with Domain Managers, client, and/or third parties in developing creative technical solutions. Support complex client requirements, while keeping Best Practices in mind
Translating client business rules into technical requirements, and resolve complex system defects on time with high quality solutions
Supporting client acceptance testing for implementation project
Managing the implementation and deployment across all technical work activities. Including management of risks and providing direction on priorities throughout the implementation life cycle
Lead/Support our global partners and client teams in the development of creative, high-quality solutions
Coaching colleagues on complex system analysis and testing efforts, driving colleague growth and development
Leveraging as a coach (outside of aligned client) to support broader critical business needs
Creating a culture of continuous improvement and identifies opportunities to improve processes and develops creative solutions that drive improvement.
Requirements
Possess Bachelor's or equivalent work experience
Possess 3 or more years of technical experience
Able to translate concepts to client requirements that drive technological and process solutions to meet client needs
Possess project and client management experience
Possess analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
Possess Leadership and coaching skills
Possess Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills. Able to facilitate effective conversations with internal and external clients
Guide and support adoption of best practices.
Salary Pay Range
Minimum: $72,900.00 USD
Maximum: $90,000.00 USD
