Health Client Technology ManagerThe Health Client Technology Manager is a subject matter expert level of client benefits plan requirements, System Development Life Cycle (SDLC), and benefits administration systems.ResponsibilitiesCollaborating with Domain Managers, client, and/or third parties in developing creative technical solutions. Support complex client requirements, while keeping Best Practices in mindTranslating client business rules into technical requirements, and resolve complex system defects on time with high quality solutionsSupporting client acceptance testing for implementation projectManaging the implementation and deployment across all technical work activities. Including management of risks and providing direction on priorities throughout the implementation life cycleLead/Support our global partners and client teams in the development of creative, high-quality solutionsCoaching colleagues on complex system analysis and testing efforts, driving colleague growth and developmentLeveraging as a coach (outside of aligned client) to support broader critical business needsCreating a culture of continuous improvement and identifies opportunities to improve processes and develops creative solutions that drive improvement.RequirementsPossess Bachelor's or equivalent work experiencePossess 3 or more years of technical experienceAble to translate concepts to client requirements that drive technological and process solutions to meet client needsPossess project and client management experiencePossess analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skillsPossess Leadership and coaching skillsPossess Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
