Summary
Seeking a Senior Art Director to lead creative strategy and hands‑on execution for full‑funnel marketing campaigns across digital, onsite, and experiential initiatives. This role is evenly split between strategic ideation and hands‑on creative execution, requiring a strong visual storyteller who can both develop and personally execute compelling creative within large brand systems. The ideal candidate brings strong creative instincts, content production experience, and the ability to innovate while maintaining brand consistency.

Responsibilities

Lead concepting and creative execution for integrated full‑funnel marketing campaigns.

Support onsite marketing, experiential campaigns, and immersive brand programming initiatives.

Guide photo shoots, content production, and motion creative execution.

Collaborate with senior creative leadership and cross‑functional teams to maintain cohesive brand storytelling.

Direct internal designers and external creative partners while driving innovative creative solutions.

Develop and maintain strong graphic design systems including typography, hierarchy, color systems, iconography, and composition.

Present, communicate, and sell creative ideas to stakeholders and leadership teams.

Balance approximately 50% strategic ideation and 50% hands‑on creative execution.

Execute high‑level design work personally while also leading broader creative direction.

Innovate within established large‑scale brand systems while respecting brand guidelines and constraints.

Required Skills & Qualifications

10+ years of experience in brand design or art direction, preferably within entertainment, experiential, or global consumer brands.

Strong portfolio showcasing full‑funnel campaigns, visual storytelling, brand systems, and experiential creative work.

Expertise in typography, visual hierarchy, color systems, iconography, brand systems, and graphic composition.

Experience leading content production, including photography direction, motion creative, and production workflows.

Strong understanding of experiential campaigns and immersive brand experiences.

Proven ability to work strategically while remaining highly hands‑on in creative execution.

Ability to sell creative ideas and communicate concepts effectively to stakeholders.

Experience working within large brand systems while introducing innovative creative solutions.

Strong creative instincts, adaptability, and problem‑solving abilities.

Excellent leadership and collaboration skills with experience directing designers and external partners.

Mastery of Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and Google Slides.
