The Company is in search of a visionary Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) with a focus on digital and AI growth strategy. The successful candidate will be responsible for redefining the marketing landscape within the entertainment and amusement industry. This role demands a leader with a strong background in creative brand management, deep digital expertise, and a passion for AI-driven transformation. The CMO will be tasked with developing and executing a comprehensive marketing vision, overseeing a master brand strategy, and leading all digital channels, including performance marketing, SEO/ASO, social media, and CRM. A key aspect of the position is the implementation of an AI-first marketing stack, utilizing cutting-edge tools for customer segmentation, predictive analytics, and automated campaign optimization.
Applicants for the CMO position at the company should have a minimum of 7-10 years' marketing experience, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role, and a preference for those with a background in entertainment, retail, QSR, or high-growth multi-location businesses. A strategic mindset, technical expertise in digital performance marketing, and a proven track record in data analytics are essential. The role also requires a candidate with a hands-on understanding of AI tools and their application in marketing. The CMO will be expected to drive growth through partnerships, lead a high-performance team, and manage external agencies to foster a culture of innovation and speed. A Master's degree in marketing or digital marketing is preferred, and the ideal candidate will be adept at building and scaling a branded house architecture and navigating omnichannel marketing landscapes.
