Position Overview
We’re looking for a Copywriter with more than 3 years of experience who can write with purpose and passion. You will develop brand‑aligned copy for social media, emails, ads, and more, working from concept to launch while collaborating closely with designers and cross‑functional teammates.

Bring an authentic and compelling brand voice to daily organic social content.
Support emails, ads, and other projects with a holistic view of all channels and best practices.
Ensure all copy inserted in layouts is accurate and complete before release.
Report regularly to the Director of Brand Voice on project status.
Collaborate with cross‑departmental teammates for thorough communication.
Recommend process improvements to the Director of Brand Voice.
Gain a solid understanding of the business and customers.
Develop effective presentation skills.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, or a related field.
3+ years of copywriting experience in fashion retail marketing or an advertising agency.
Experience writing across digital, print, and social media.
Strong grammar, editing, and proofreading skills.
Demonstrated ability to translate a brand across all channels.
Education and Experience Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, or related subject.
Experience: 3 or more years of writing in a fashion retail marketing or advertising agency environment.
Media: Proven work across digital, print, and social platforms.
Skills: Solid grammar, editing, and proofreading capabilities.

Pay Range: $50,000 – $65,000 Annual Salary
Eligibility for annual incentive compensation based on company performance.
