Fox Television Stations owns and operates 29 full‑power broadcast television stations in the U.S., including stations in 14 of the top 15 DMA markets and duopolies in 11 DMAs. Eighteen of these stations are affiliated with the FOX Network. The network collectively produces approximately 1,200 hours of local news each week and offers additional sports, entertainment and syndicated content.
Job Summary

We are hiring an Account Executive for the FOX10 Phoenix Sales Team. The role focuses on driving revenue through an omnichannel approach, primarily acquiring brand‑new video advertisers who have not traditionally used TV or premium streaming.
Responsibilities

Actively prospect, develop, and maintain a robust sales pipeline.
Design and present omnichannel campaigns integrating linear broadcast, Fox Local Extension OTT, Fox Local News, digital, and mobile platforms.
Identify new sales opportunities via research, outbound outreach, and inbound lead follow‑up.
Build relationships in the field, conduct needs‑analysis meetings, and present the full video portfolio.
Collaborate with sales management, FLX, marketing, and creative services to create custom presentations.
Maintain expert knowledge of the competitive media landscape, OTT platforms, and FOX10’s advantages.
Manage client advertising initiatives and produce post‑campaign recaps with actionable ROI recommendations.
Travel locally and work varied hours, including weekends and holidays.
Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) and 1 to 3 years of sales experience.
Experience managing high‑volume B2B sales activity.
Background in Digital Video Advertising, Broadcast Sales, and/or Agency preferred.
Proven track record of meeting metrics and results in a sales environment.
Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, and account‑management skills.
Proficiency with Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Ability to obtain reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license, and a good driving record.
Compensation & Benefits

Base salary $90,000 – $100,000 annually, with potential for commissions and bonuses that could bring total compensation to $180,000 – $200,000. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, insurance, a 401(k) plan, paid time off, and other applicable benefits. The role is eligible for a sales incentive/commission compensation plan.
