We are looking for a Wilson Retail Athlete Advisor to represent the Wilson Sporting Goods brand to customers and the community. This role requires educating customers on high‑performance sportswear and racket equipment, providing a welcoming and inclusive environment, and supporting store operations.

Job Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional athlete experiences, every day and every shift.

Cash handling and register transactions.

Inventory management and replenishment of sales‑floor items.

Maintain a clean and organized store through regular floor walks and ongoing cleaning.

Support store projects and brand initiatives.

Keep product knowledge current on the latest equipment and sportswear.

Merchandise the store for ease of shopping, education, and visual appeal.

Maintain open and transparent communication with the team and store leadership.

Participate in monthly team tennis lessons.

Qualifications
This role requires experience in a sales, retail, or customer service environment.

Passionate about delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Outstanding communication skills and a friendly, welcoming demeanor.
