Position Summary

Samsung Electronics has built world‑class consumer technology for decades, and Samsung Ads brings that scale and data to a performance‑driven advertising platform. The Customer Solutions program focuses on mid‑size and high‑growth advertisers (and their agencies) in Mountain View, New York, LA and Chicago.
Responsibilities

Industry Knowledge and Competitive Analysis: gain a comprehensive understanding of the CTV/OTT industry and competitive landscape, including insights into competitors’ product offerings.
Product Expertise and Solution Development: leverage Samsung’s TV data, products, solutions, and measurement tools to design and deliver relevant programmatic and managed service advertising solutions.
Customer Relationship Management: build and maintain high‑level relationships with clients and their agencies, acting as a trusted consultant to optimize advertising growth.
Develop mid‑term and long‑term account growth strategies to expand the business across Smart TV platforms and other channels.
Sales Cycle Management: oversee the entire sales cycle, from prospecting and qualifying leads to negotiation and closing deals, clearly articulating value propositions that align with clients’ business outcomes.
Pipeline Reporting and Forecasting: manage pipeline reporting with precision, ensuring accurate planning for current and upcoming quarters.
Qualifications

Deep understanding of the video and connected TV media ecosystem; 3+ years of industry or related experience (video publisher, DSP, or SSP preferred).
Builders mindset and entrepreneurial spirit.
Experience developing business from net new customers and prospecting.
Successful internal and external relationship management.
Experience working in both entrepreneurial and established corporate cultures.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong attention to detail, and good follow‑through.
Talent at explaining complex topics in simple terms in person, over the phone or video conference.
Bachelor’s degree or advanced degree a plus.
Compensation

$120,000–$150,000 annually, based on relevant skills, experience and comparison to peers.
