Responsibilities

Tour prospective residents and guide them through the sales process.
Develop meaningful relationships with the community through resident events, marketing campaigns, and community service.
Maximize revenue by increasing closing ratios and exceeding budgeted occupancy expectations.
Provide signature service to residents, associates, vendors, and investors through genuine connections and timely responses.
Manage the customer experience in a fast-paced, variable environment.
Qualifications

Enthusiastic subject-matter expertise in residential sales.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong motivation to deliver signature service and revenue growth.
