The Relationship Manager III – C&IB works within PNC’s Commercial Banking organization, based in Huntsville, AL, in an in‑office setting that encourages support and work‑life balance.
Job Description

Set relationship strategies and direct relationship management activities with new and/or existing clients in a book of business to grow sales, revenue and market share.
Work independently with clients presenting advanced risk and complexity of needs and mentor other team members when appropriate.
Create and drive strategies to acquire, expand, and retain client relationships, generating revenue and deepening share of wallet.
Handle origination, financial analysis, negotiation and documentation of credit and non‑credit products and services.
Manage risk/return and drive quality for new and existing clients.
Identify and mitigate regulatory, reputational, operational, and credit risks.
Focus on client opportunities by providing ideas and insights based on the client’s needs and financial well‑being.
Drive client engagement and loyalty, generating best practices within Relationship Management.
Manage an effective network of senior internal and external relationships to acquire new clients, expand existing ones, and enhance the client experience.
Lead presentation of the full range of PNC’s products and services to bring the entire bank to the client.
Leverage reporting and sales tools to proactively identify and convert sales opportunities.
Demonstrate advanced credit risk analysis, evaluation, and mitigation, utilizing knowledge of credit fundamentals and internal policies.
