What You’ll Do
Develop and retain key credit and deposit relationships for the Bank.
Communicate and meet with board members and property managers, and attend various industry functions.
Develop relationships with attorneys, management companies, accountants, reserve/engineers, insurance and other industry‑related professionals.
Perform credit analysis for existing and prospective commercial customers of the Bank.
Assist with the ongoing credit monitoring functions, including financial statement review and loan covenant compliance.
Document loans and amendments.
Update CRM database activities and weekly calls updated in Outlook Calendar daily.
Handle special projects and other duties as assigned by manager.
Keep up‑to‑date with compliance training.
Manage portfolio.
This position requires willingness to put in extra hours as needed to complete projects with deadlines.
Up to 25% of work time will include travel.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Business or related field preferred.
Three or more years experience in a banking or related environment.
Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Effectively present information in one‑on‑one and group situations with all levels of individuals within the organization and/or industry.
Highly proficient in Word, Excel, Explorer and Outlook.
Ability to learn bank systems and other software.
Strong team player, with ability to multitask; high attention to detail and strong commitment to customer service.
Willingness to put in extra hours as needed to complete projects with deadlines.

The estimated salary range for this role is $85,000-$110,000 along with eligibility to earn an annual bonus. Actual salaries may vary based on several factors, such as a candidate’s qualifications, skills and experience.
