Job Description

Transfer Pricing Manager
As a member of the Transfer Pricing group at Baker Tilly, you will encounter all aspects of intercompany pricing analyses between related parties, including tangible goods transactions, intercompany service transactions, intellectual property transfers and licenses, and tax authority interactions with respect to transfer pricing positions. You will:
Analyze and interpret client financial data and assess cross-border intercompany transactions.
Review transactions of tangible goods, services and intellectual property.
Manage functional analysis interviews.
Document, plan, dispute resolve and manage advance pricing agreements.
Manage multiple transfer pricing engagements ensuring delivery of quality tax planning and consulting projects.
Maintain technical competence by staying up-to-date on trends, developments and technical authorities.
Collaborate and build relationships with Baker Tilly member firms worldwide.
Provide transfer pricing technical guidance to tax professionals firm-wide.
Assist with managing client engagement staffing, billings and collections, ensuring client profitability targets are met.
Network and build strong relationships internally and externally with clients.
Invest in your professional development and participate in firm‑wide learning and development programs.
Support the growth and development of team members through Baker Tilly Care and Teach philosophy.
Qualifications

Undergraduate degree in Economics, Business Administration, Finance or related field.
Advanced degree in Economics, Finance, a related field or JD/LLM preferred.
5+ years specific transfer pricing experience.
2+ years supervisory experience, mentoring and counseling associates.
Experience creating and working with complex financial models, drafting detailed functional analyses, and drafting concise and accurate technical writings.
Ability to lead and supervise others, provide exceptional client service, and demonstrate commitment to continuous learning.
Eligibility to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
Benefits and Compensation

National pay rate range $109,460 to $207,530.
California pay rate range $115,900 to $207,530.
Comprehensive compensation and benefits package to eligible employees.
