This role manages marketing, promotion, and publicity activities for a college, division, or the University, creating and implementing marketing strategies and coordinating production of materials. The coordinator develops content-driven marketing strategies to support recruitment goals and ensures messaging aligns with the UA brand voice across multiple platforms.

Oversees marketing, promotion, and publicity for a college, division, or University unit with minimal supervision.
Creates and implements marketing strategies including advertising, media, and direct mail efforts.
Coordinates production of marketing materials and consults on product/program development.
Supports recruitment goals by developing content-driven marketing strategies aligned with UA brand voice.
Proficiency required in macOS and Microsoft Office; strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
Must be able to master UA editorial and brand writing style, including AP style standards.
Preferred experience includes higher education recruitment marketing, print/direct mail campaigns, email and web content, and content strategy across multiple channels.
Compensation ranges from $53,500 to $66,900 annually (Salaried E8 pay grade).
Minimum qualifications: Bachelor’s degree with 4 years or Master’s degree with 2 years of marketing, PR, communications, or advertising experience.
Works within the Marketing & Brand Strategy department collaborating with cross-functional teams.
