Responsibilities

Responsible for activation of in-club comms, POS and re-launch plans for major gym investment programmes (refurbishments & new gyms)

Manage process and brief activation plans for gyms requesting localised marketing activity

Brief and plan with the group Digital, CRM and content teams to deliver campaigns

Brief our in-house studio on all artwork including proofing artwork

Manage and brief agencies and third parties such as media agency, PR agency, photographers, videographers and print agency

Preparing briefs for the gym teams and wider business to show the Marketing plans

Maintain and update club pages on the website

Support with the adaption of national campaigns and promotions to tailor and bring to life locally

Budget tracking & Invoice management – ensure local documents are maintained and costs controlled

Evaluate Local Marketing campaigns, working closely with the wider team to include their results where relevant

Be a key point of contact within Marketing to liaise with the Operational and Development teams to ensure the flow of information meets deadlines for the investment programmes

Work closely with Local Marketing team based in UK to share best practice and represent the USA business

Assist on ensuring brand consistency/ messaging across all local campaigns

Any other ad hoc duties

Requirements

Is passionate about marketing and keen to learn in a fast-paced environment

Excellent communication skills with a positive attitude to effectively build strong working relationships across marketing, agencies and other areas of a business

Has the ability to manage numerous projects in a fast paced environment, with the proven ability to work well under pressure and under tight deadlines

Has great time management and organisational skills, including good attention to detail

Is proactive and able to react quickly to changes that may be required

Happy to 'pitch-in' to help out the wider team as necessary

Has flexibility and ability to travel to gyms across the USA when required

Experience of local marketing or marketing within retail, hospitality or fitness industry is preferable but not necessary
