Proactive and organized, the full-time remote Product Marketing Coordinator will manage the end-to-end coordination of monthly product launches, support the creation of sales enablement assets, and track competitive intelligence to ensure alignment across teams and effective communication of product innovations.
Key responsibilities
Own the coordination of monthly product launch and enablement processes, including drafting materials and aligning stakeholders
Support the creation and maintenance of sales collateral and manage the internal resource library for GTM teams
Monitor competitor news and provide monthly reports to the leadership team on competitive intelligence
Required qualifications
Proven project management skills with the ability to handle multiple deadlines and stakeholders
Exceptional writing ability to simplify complex technical information into compelling content
Curiosity to understand customer behavior and product decisions
Familiarity with B2B SaaS, healthcare, or patient communication software
Experience with CRM tools, data analysis tools, or internal enablement tools
