Key responsibilities
Owning and driving the growth of the financial services sales pipeline, focusing on banks, asset managers, and fund service providers
Managing, coaching, and developing a team of Sales Executives, ensuring performance and execution meet targets
Driving sales funnel conversion from origination to close, prioritizing deal progression and velocity
Required qualifications
7+ years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, ideally within banking, asset management, or financial services
Prior experience managing or leading salespeople in a quota-carrying environment
Strong track record of closing complex deals and consistently exceeding sales targets
Deep understanding of the full sales funnel from outbound origination to close
Experience using HubSpot or similar CRM for pipeline management and forecasting
