Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager to join our dynamic team and lead our sales department. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for driving growth and exceeding sales targets. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, managing a team of sales representatives, and ensuring the achievement of sales goals.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed company targets

Identify new opportunities for growth and expansion in the market

Manage, train, and motivate a team of sales representatives to drive performance and meet objectives

Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and develop action plans

Conduct regular sales meetings to discuss progress and challenges, and provide guidance and support to the team

Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners

Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to continuously improve product offerings and increase market share

Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to the senior management team

Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and market changes to inform sales strategies

Actively participate in trade shows and industry events to promote company products and explore new business opportunities

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field

3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the consumer goods industry

Minimum of 2 years experience in a supervisory or managerial role

Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets

Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Ability to travel as needed for client meetings and events

Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
