WFS-Video Specialist (Bilingual – Korean/Chinese) expertise

Position: Video Specialist (Bilingual – Korean/Chinese)
Location: Onsite in Austin, TX.

Schedule: Tuesday‑Saturday or Sunday‑Thursday, 10 AM - 7 PM (40 hours per week).

Duration: 1 year contract with extension.

Key Responsibilities

Troubleshoot video/system playback issues and propose short and long‑term solutions.

Respond quickly and decisively to technical issues in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment.

Identify trends in video/audio issues and provide recommendations for improvement.

Collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders to meet project goals.

Qualifications

2–4 years of experience working with digital video.

Bilingual proficiency (Korean or Chinese).

Strong knowledge of digital video and audio technical issues.

Passion for the film and TV industry and familiarity with subscription video content services and product offerings.

Intermediate to advanced spreadsheet skills.

Effective verbal and written communication skills.

Proven ability to take initiative and adapt to changing environments.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in identifying and solving video playback issues.
