Overview

Facilitate growth for the bank through business development and management of key client relationships. Maintain an outstanding record of significant revenue generation from sales and syndications.
Responsibilities

Act as an escalation point for complex client issues, providing strategic problem‑solving to resolve conflicts and maintain strong client relationships.
Lead the structuring of high‑value, complex deals and oversee credit approvals, ensuring alignment with client needs and bank objectives.
Drive negotiations for high‑value, complex transactions and credit approvals, structuring deals to meet client and business goals.
Manage high‑value client portfolios, driving cross‑selling, retention, and profitability.
Implement cross‑selling initiatives, turning opportunities into revenue‑generating sales.
Lead market‑coverage strategies to expand portfolios, identify opportunities, and align with business goals.
Represent the bank at industry forums and conferences, leveraging insights on trends and emerging products to inform strategic decision‑making.
Engage senior leadership and cross‑functional teams to align strategies, address client needs, and deliver holistic business solutions.
Deliver reports to the bank’s leadership on team performance, client satisfaction, market trends, and key initiatives.
Provide strategic advisory on loan products, options, rates, terms, and collateral requirements tailored to client needs.
Build and maintain long‑term relationships with high‑value and strategic clients, ensuring exceptional service.
Identify share‑of‑wallet opportunities, analyze market and competitive trends, and evaluate client returns proactively.
Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, internal controls, and compliance policies, mitigating risk and maintaining standards.
Operate at a group/enterprise level, serving as a specialist resource to senior leaders and stakeholders.
Apply the bank’s Risk Management Framework to make risk‑informed decisions aligned with strategy and policy.
Qualifications

10+ years of relevant experience in Relationship Management, Account Management, or Portfolio Management within a corporate or segmented banking environment, with a proven sales‑metrics record.
Bachelor’s degree required; degrees in Business Administration, Finance, or Accounting preferred.
Other related disciplines or equivalent work experience considered.
Credit‑qualified role: possession of credit knowledge and skills in line with portfolio requirements.
Advanced proficiency in Project Management and Change Management.
Expertise in Product Knowledge, Regulatory Compliance, Deal Structuring, Portfolio Management, Credit Risk Assessment, Customer Service, Stakeholder Management, Negotiation, and Customer Relationship Building.
Ability to think creatively and address unique or ambiguous situations with innovative solutions.
Salary & Compensation

Salary: $122,400.00 - $228,000.00 (Salaried). May include commission structure and performance‑based incentives.
