Key Lead - American Dream, abercrombie kids

Overview

The Key Lead is responsible for ensuring all customers receive quality in‑store experience. They act as the Floor Supervisor, providing guidance and coaching to Brand Reps and Stock Associates to keep store operations running effectively. The Key Lead is part of the store leadership team, driving floor performance through customer experience and team achievement of daily sales.
Responsibilities

Perform opening and closing routines.
Operate Register/Point of Sale systems.
Fulfill OMNI Channel orders.
Demonstrate product knowledge and brand awareness while driving sales.
Build and maintain visual displays.
Analyze reporting to inform decision making.
Protect store assets and perform inventory control.
Represent the brand and exemplify company culture and values.
Schedule

Schedule will vary weekly, but you should expect to work at least 12‑16 hours per week. Required availability on Saturdays, Sundays, and certain holidays. During peak timeframes, hours may increase to support business needs.
Qualifications

High school diploma/G.E.D. preferred, or equivalent.
1 year of retail experience preferred.
Experience in leading groups or teams preferred.
Strong customer focus.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
Knowledge of current fashion trends.
Energetic, outgoing, and assertive.
Initiative and confidence.
Adaptability and flexibility.
Ability to balance multiple tasks while being detail‑oriented.
Engaged in applied learning and proactive thinking.
Strong work ethic.

Compensation

Starting rate: $18.60 per hour.
