We are seeking a Marketing Technology Coordinator to support and enhance our marketing technology ecosystem. This role will help administer platforms, improve workflows, and drive innovation through AI‑enabled tools.

What Work You Will be Responsible For:

Support day‑to‑day administration of marketing technology applications

Manage user access, permissions, and platform documentation

Troubleshoot system issues and Escalate technical problems as needed

Support research and implementation of new MarTech applications and integrations

Provide insights and recommendations to marketing team

Assist with automation and workflow improvements across MarTech stack

Collaborate cross‑functionally to align marketing systems with business objectives

Support vendor management and external platform partners

Strategic Technology Initiatives

Identify automation opportunities to improve efficiency

Recommend system enhancements and process improvements

Support testing of new features before deployment

Develop and maintain campaign reporting dashboards and KPI tracking

Leverage AI tools to streamline marketing workflows

Evaluate and implement AI‑powered MarTech solutions to improve team productivity

Assist in building prompt libraries and internal best practices for AI tool usage across the marketing team

Monitor emerging AI trends relevant to marketing technology and surface relevant opportunities

Basic Qualifications:

3+ years of marketing experience, professional services experience a plus.

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business administration, or a related field.

Knowledge of accounting, tax, advisory, or other professional services is a plus.

Preferred/Desired Qualifications:

Strong attention to detail

A proactive, self‑starter attitude; comfortable figuring things out independently and bringing solutions rather than just problems

Familiarity with AI tools such as Claude, Copilot, ChatGPT or similar platforms, with genuine curiosity and enthusiasm for how AI is reshaping marketing

Experience using AI to support tasks like copywriting, data analysis, campaign optimization, or automation

Basic understanding of prompt engineering or a demonstrated interest in developing this skill

Comfort working in a fast‑evolving tech environment where tools and processes change frequently

Strong analytical mindset — ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable recommendations

Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Experience with Microsoft Office Suite; advanced Excel skills a plus.

Experience with marketing software and applications (HubSpot, Salesforce Marketing Cloud Intelligence and/or PowerBI, Monday.com, Qualtrics)

Knowledge of HTML, CSS coding is a plus

For NYC and California, the expected salary range for this position is between 65,000 and 85,000.
