Overview

Kay Jewelers is seeking seasonal, part‑time, and full‑time Sales Team members to provide a superior experience to our valued customers and help them celebrate life’s special moments.
Responsibilities

Engage customers in conversation to understand their needs and desires.
Present merchandise and share detailed information regarding features and benefits of products.
Provide information regarding extended service plans and financing options.
Meet individual and team sales goals.
Qualifications

A desire to help customers celebrate special moments.
Strong customer service, sales, retail, and/or jewelry experience.
Flexible availability to work during peak retail hours such as nights, weekends, and holidays.
A positive, customer‑focused approach to delivering an exceptional experience.
Strong communication and relational skills.

Base pay $15.00 – $20.50 plus commission on sales; final rate based on experience and qualifications.
