Key Responsibilities
Build new client relationships through intentional outreach, networking, and referral development.
Identify opportunities to expand coverage and deliver solutions across multiple lines of insurance.
Maintain and defend a book of business through proactive communication and renewal oversight.
Document activity accurately and follow defined sales processes and KPIs.
What We’re Looking For
Strong communication and relationship‑building skills.
Self‑motivation, organization, and willingness to learn.
Ability to manage a sales pipeline and execute consistent activity.
Sales or insurance experience is a plus, but not required.
