Marketing Coordinator

Overview

We are in search of a Marketing Coordinator to join our team who will be actively involved in the marketing production processes associated with producing persuasive RFQ/RFP responses that support new business opportunities across multiple service divisions. This includes and is not limited to responses, interview presentation layouts, leave behind brochures, and various other materials. You’ll also play a key role in working along side project teams to turn complex ideas into standout marketing materials.
Responsibilities

Organize, coordinate and control activities involved in the preparation of marketing proposals, presentations, and submittals in accordance with the PBK brand standards.
Actively involved in the development and management of regional marketing collateral, including resumes, project sheets, brochures, and database content.
Direct and coordinate input from architects, engineers, consultants, and other team members to ensure cohesive and accurate marketing deliverables.
Coordinate work with outside vendors (electronic transfer of data, reprographics, binding, etc.) and consultants.
Serve as a technical resource and coordinator for projects, requests and presentations.
Assist marketing department with special projects as needed.
Qualifications

3+ years of technical A/E/C industry marketing experience.
Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office Suite.
Proficient in Adobe InDesign.
Ability to interact with management, project team members, external client organizations, and vendors.
Working knowledge of PowerPoint, including use of color palettes, master slides, imported elements, and templates.
Strong oral, written, and English communication skills.
Excellent organization, multi‑tasking, and time‑management skills.
Ability to self‑assess and command a high level of accuracy.
Preferred Qualifications

Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite.
Background in graphic design, content writing, and/or proposal production.
Compensation

Salary range (California): $59,977.00 – $89,966.00.
Basis salary may be supplemented with incentive compensation in the form of discretionary bonuses.
