Program Responsibilities

Fully immerse in day‑to‑day department activities.
Participate in strategic meetings and contribute ideas to solve key business issues.
Access to professional development workshops and industry insights.
Complete the Emerging Talent Associate Capstone Project.
Eligibility and Qualifications

At least 18 years of age by program start.
Located within the United States for the program duration.
Have access to housing and transportation in the designated city.
Self‑starter with genuine curiosity for the business.
Commit to a 20–25 hour work week.

Professional goals aligned with Warner Music Group’s core values and objectives.
Knowledge and passion for the different WMG business units.
Excellent verbal and written communication, problem‑solving, and organizational skills.
Strong passion for and knowledge of the music industry.
Leadership experience, on or off campus.

Compensation

Hourly Rate: $17.00–$17.87 (subject to change). Internship credit may be earned.
