Role Description

This is a part‑time Videographer role based in Pasadena, CA, with a hybrid schedule that combines on‑site work with some work‑from‑home flexibility. The Videographer will plan, shoot, and edit video content that showcases The Daily Catch brand, including restaurant experiences, menu features, team stories, and special events. Responsibilities include operating cameras and lighting equipment, capturing high‑quality footage on location, and ensuring consistent visual style across all video assets. The role will collaborate with marketing and leadership to develop content concepts, create short‑form and social media videos, and manage video files and basic post‑production workflows. The Videographer will also help schedule shoots, prepare equipment, and maintain an organized media library.
Qualifications

Strong hands‑on skills in Video Production, including planning, shooting, and basic editing for marketing and social media content.
Proficiency in Camera Operation and use of different Camera types in varied restaurant and on‑location environments.
Ability to handle Lighting and Shooting Video in low‑light and fast‑paced settings while maintaining high image quality.
Experience with video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar) and basic sound editing is preferred.
Portfolio or demo reel demonstrating previous videography work, ideally including food, hospitality, or lifestyle content.
Strong attention to detail, time management, and ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with a small team.
Comfort working on‑site in restaurant settings and at events, with occasional evening or weekend availability as needed.
