We’re hiring a

PR, Social Media & Influencer Marketing Leader

to help shape how HairClub shows up socially, culturally, and digitally. This is a high-impact role for a creative storyteller, trendspotter, and growth-minded marketer who knows how to build buzz, drive engagement, and create partnerships that people actually care about.

You’ll lead:

PR & earned media strategy

Social media & content storytelling

Influencer & creator partnerships

Affiliate & referral marketing

Brand collaborations & cultural campaigns

We’re looking for someone who:

Lives at the intersection of culture, content, creators, and growth

Understands how modern brands win attention

Can turn storytelling into measurable business impact

Thrives in a fast-moving, collaborative environment

7–10+ years of experience across PR, social media, influencer marketing, affiliate marketing, partnerships, or brand communications within a DTC brand, consumer brand, agency, or multi-location retailer

Help evolve a nationally recognized 50+ year brand

Build campaigns and partnerships people talk about

Drive real influence on brand growth, engagement, and customer acquisition

Work across PR, social, influencers, affiliates, and partnerships in one highly visible role
