We are seeking a Brand Marketing Manager to help elevate the Broda brand, support dealer and sales initiatives, and execute marketing strategies that drive awareness and demand. This role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact while working within a larger, well-resourced organization through MITY.
What You'll Do

Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital, print, email, and social media channels
Assist in writing and creating engaging content for brochures, websites, email campaigns, and social platforms
Support strategy development for marketing campaigns, social media, and digital advertising
Conduct market research to identify target audiences and analyze market and industry trends
Collaborate cross-functionally with sales and internal teams to ensure alignment
Create and manage sales enablement materials to support lead generation and dealer success
Partner with the sales team to support dealer relationships and marketing needs
Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance using analytics tools
Stay current on marketing best practices and healthcare industry trends
What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
4+ years of experience in digital marketing, content marketing, or a related role
Proven experience supporting marketing campaigns and brand initiatives
Strong understanding of performance marketing and advertising strategies
Experience using analytics tools to track and evaluate campaign performance
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in the medical device or healthcare industry
