Meta is seeking a dynamic Senior Enterprise Marketing Manager to spearhead the strategy and execution of our executive engagement and sponsorship initiatives for the WhatsApp Business Platform and Business AI. In this pivotal role, you will oversee the complete program delivery across high-touch executive hospitality events, sponsorship opportunities at major industry events, and integrated marketing strategies aimed at accelerating the enterprise pipeline while fostering strong relationships with C-suite executives.

Your expertise in leveraging AI and messaging technologies will be key in transforming enterprise communication and enhancing customer experiences. You will effectively define strategies and drive execution in ambiguous scenarios, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Planning:

Develop and optimize marketing strategies aimed at engaging C-suite and VP-level decision-makers in large enterprises, aligning with sales priorities.

Executive Hospitality & Sponsorship Activation:

Lead meticulous planning, execution, and evaluation of premium executive hospitality events and third-party sponsorships, curating experiences that deepen relationships and accelerate pipeline.

Pipeline Accountability & Measurement:

Establish KPIs linked to pipeline progression, collaborate with sales teams, and drive mutual action plans (MAPs) post-events to ensure effective measurement of impact from marketing initiatives to revenue.

Program Management:

Manage complex, global marketing programs across various stakeholders and regions, ensuring adherence to compliance, budget oversight, and logistical coordination.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Work closely with sales leadership, product marketing, and external agency partners to guarantee alignment between marketing activities and sales enablement.

Content & Experience Development:

Partner with subject matter experts and executives to create compelling executive experiences, thought leadership content, product demonstrations, and account-specific materials.

Stakeholder Communication:

Communicate program strategies, results, and recommendations through executive presentations and cross-functional meetings.

Market Intelligence:

Stay informed on competitive landscapes, emerging engagement formats, and enterprise marketing trends to continuously enhance program quality.

Minimum Qualifications

10+ years of progressive experience in B2B marketing with a focus on enterprise marketing and executive engagement.

Demonstrated success in developing large-scale executive programs that result in significant pipeline and revenue generation.

In-depth understanding of the enterprise sales cycle and expertise in creating programs that facilitate deal progression.

Experience managing premium hospitality or sponsorship activations targeting C-suite audiences.

Adept at operating within global, matrixed environments with multiple stakeholders.

Exceptional project management skills, capable of overseeing multiple initiatives concurrently.

Analytical mindset with the ability to track performance metrics and leverage data for program improvement.

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications

Advanced degree (MBA or equivalent).

Continuous development of AI skills, staying updated with emerging technologies.

Experience integrating AI tools to enhance workflows and drive measurable outcomes.

Familiarity with CRM systems and pipeline reporting tools, such as Salesforce.

Experience in enterprise messaging, SaaS, or platform businesses and account-based marketing strategies.
