Job Description Summary
As a Marketing Manager working for Taylor Morrison, you will work closely with our Area Marketing Director and Vice President of Sales to meet consumer needs while maximizing company profits. You will leverage national marketing tools and campaigns, supplementing them with divisional strategies, providing creative, analytical, organizational, and coordination support with a core focus on lead generation and traffic.
Responsibilities
Implement all brand marketing initiatives and support division needs to achieve strategic goals.
Partner with sales management to develop incentives, offers, and strategies that align with sales objectives.
Analyze lead, prospect, buyer, and market demographics to identify best‑fit targets for direct marketing outreach.
Oversee and track all division marketing initiatives, including website content, interactive floor plans, site maps, pricing, community information, and photo galleries.
Coordinate monthly web audits and provide information for digital and social media initiatives.
Produce and plan special projects and events.
Schedule and execute email campaigns, working with the Email and Marketing Automation Team to track success.
Set up new sales offices, Interactive Sales Office (ISO), and model home experience items.
Order, coordinate, and install model exterior signage, entrance signage, and off‑site signage.
Schedule, gather, organize, and maintain visual assets such as model and community photography, virtual tours, Matterport tours, floor plans, and videos.
Develop the annual division‑specific marketing plan to drive qualified leads and traffic to all communities.
Create and implement the division advertising budget, including coding and processing sales & marketing invoices.
Manage Division Realtor Relations and serve as liaison to the Creative Studio and Corporate Communications team.
Track results of all marketing initiatives, analyze effectiveness, and recommend improvements.
Communicate between communities, division(s), region, and corporate, providing data analytics, strategy recommendations, and reports.
Foster a fun, team‑centric culture that encourages positive engagement.
Maintain and organize project files, spreadsheets, and other project resources.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field and 3–5 years of marketing experience.
