Product Manager, Life Sciences Engagement & Licensing Solutions
Defines and delivers a portfolio of life sciences-facing solutions that connect oncology providers, real-world insights, and educational engagement. This role spans strategy and execution across licensed products, insight generation, and educational offerings partnering closely with Life Sciences customers to improve commercial effectiveness and clinical engagement in community oncology. The Product Manager owns product strategy, lifecycle management, and cross-functional execution for a set of hybrid offerings that may include platform licensing, insight-driven services, and educational programs. The Product Manager works across product, sales, contracting, medical, analytics, and meeting teams to ensure solutions are scalable, compliant, and commercially successful while remaining responsive to evolving customer needs.
ON.Path & Pathways Based Solutions
Product lifecycle strategy, positioning, commercialization, and sales enablement of the ON.Path product
Own revenue tracking, forecasting, and performance reporting
Execute across licensing, enablement, and lifecycle management, including customer onboarding, QBRs, and performance reporting
Develop and maintain SOPs to support scalable, compliant delivery
Align with contracting, compliance, and NCCN reference requirements
Ensure external promotional materials comply with NCCN licensing requirements
Life Sciences Insights, Strategy and Innovation
Drive insight‑led innovation by systematically gathering and synthesizing customer feedback
Serve as product owner for customer insight initiatives, ensuring feedback is converted into prioritized actionable product direction
Partner with analytics and research teams to operationalize insights into enhanced or new offerings that address customer needs at scale
Reference & Permission Based Licensing
Lead product lifecycle strategy, positioning, commercialization, and sales enablement for the NCCN reference permission licensing product
Own revenue tracking, forecasting, and performance reporting
Partner with the OL Digital team to support tactical execution as needed
Ensure compliant use of NCCN and Clear Value Plus content across all products and promotional materials, in accordance with Reference License Agreement, trademark, and copyright requirements
Oncology University & Educational Engagement
Lead product strategy, positioning, and commercialization for the Oncology University offering
Own product lifecycle management, including ongoing development, enhancement, and innovation
Own revenue tracking, forecasting, and performance reporting
Partner cross‑functionally to deliver educational offerings across live, virtual, and digital formats
Minimum Requirement
Degree or equivalent and typically requires 4+ years of relevant experience
Education and Training
Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s in Business, Marketing, or Life Sciences preferred
Experience working with medical office teams, clinical content, and regulatory frameworks
Critical Skills
B2B experience preferred; experience in oncology or the life sciences industry a plus
5+ years of experience in product management, preferably in healthcare, oncology, or life sciences
Proven ability to manage cross-functional projects and deliver complex digital products
Experience with customer onboarding, training, and lifecycle management
Strong understanding of clinical pathways, NCCN guidelines, and market access dynamics
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Additional Knowledge and Skills
Demonstrated product ownership mindset, with ability to develop strategies, manage product portfolio, measure and meet financial objectives and other success metrics
Excellent analytical skills and the ability to translate data and learning into actionable recommendations for business growth
Demonstrated attention to detail and excellence in project management, including effectively managing multiple projects or priorities concurrently
Exceptional client management and presentation skills
Experience with tools such as Qualtrics, Tableau, Power BI, Salesforce, HighSpot and Asana
Entrepreneurial mindset, willingness to explore bold new ideas, and flexibility to take on various roles as needed
Excellent cross‑functional team, project, and organizational leadership skills
Working Conditions
Remote work; Occasional travel (up to 25%).
Compensation
Base Pay Range: $99,200 - $165,400.
