Vice President of Sales
The Vice President of Sales provides strategic and operational leadership across retail store operations and outside/field sales channels. This role is responsible for developing and executing a multi-channel sales strategy that drives revenue growth, strengthens sales culture, and ensures consistent execution across all customer touchpoints.
VP of Sales Responsibilities
Leads retail and territory-based sales teams, establishes performance standards and KPIs
Partners closely with Marketing, Operations, and Finance to align sales execution with company objectives.
Revenue forecasting, strategic planning, team development, and performance management.
VP of Sales Qualifications
10+ years of sales leadership experience
B2C and B2B leadership experience
Leadership experience in retail stores and field sales
Hands‑on leader, comfortable talking to consumers or collaborating in the Board Room
Critical and creative thinker
Willing to be in office or service area every day
