First Responder Sales Specialist

Responsibilities

Develop an in-depth knowledge of the products we offer.

Establish and nurture relationships with key personnel in First Responder agencies.

Deliver engaging presentations in group settings.

Ensure compliance with sales, legal, and procedural policies.

Regularly update contacts and sales data in our provided CRM.

Qualifications

While insurance experience is not required, entrepreneurial experience (1099 or prior business ownership) is highly preferred.

Ability to memorize and deliver scripted presentations effectively.

Strong presentation skills for group environments.

Self-starter with a robust work ethic and professionalism.

Willingness to travel within your assigned sales territory.

Compensation
This position operates as a 1099, commission-only role, supplemented by performance-based bonuses. There is no base salary. Achieving our minimum production requirements can lead to an annual income of $100,000, with top producers earning $300,000 or more. The structure of our group setting versus door-to-door model makes this income range realistic.

Licensing
An insurance license isn’t required to apply, but if selected for this opportunity, you will need to obtain one from your state's Department of Insurance.
