Responsibilities
Work closely with an Art Director, Content Creator, and Designers to develop creative assets for global social campaigns, brand channels, and presentations.
Write social copy, scripts, and brand manifestos that drive tone of voice and engage audiences across digital platforms.
Generate evergreen and campaign content ideas, then translate them into compelling written material for posts, ads, and client-facing decks.
Participate in brainstorming sessions, presenting concepts, and incorporating feedback from Creative Directors, strategy leads, and account managers.
Collaborate with cross‑disciplinary teams—including client services and strategy—to craft integrated marketing campaigns that span social, digital, video, and influencer channels.
Update and manage creative concepts through storyboards, scripts, and finalized deliverables while maintaining brand consistency.
Mentor junior creative staff on presentation skills, concept development, and strategic marketing execution.
Qualifications
5+ years of experience in a social‑first creative role (agency or social publisher).
Strong track record of turning creative concepts into polished presentations and scripts.
Flawless spelling, grammar, and a keen eye for detail in all written content.
Deep passion for social media, youth culture, and emerging platform trends.
Excellent presentation and communication skills, able to convey ideas to internal stakeholders and clients.
Proficiency with Google Workspace tools and a collaborative mindset across internal teams, clients, and partner agencies.
Commitment to excellence, including the ability to work non‑standard hours when required and to anticipate issues proactively.
Benefits
Base salary range: $70,000 – $85,000 (actual base salary depends on experience, market dynamics, and role responsibilities).
