Job Summary
We’re looking for a Digital & Social Media Manager who understands the modern DJ and musical landscape—and ideally lives it. If you know how to grow audiences, drive engagement, and speak the language of DJs and musicians, this role is for you.

The Digital & Social Media Manager will lead strategy, execution, and optimization of all digital marketing initiatives across U.S. channels. This role requires a blend of analytical skills, creative thinking, and deep understanding of DJ culture, music trends, and social media ecosystems.

Salary Range:

$100,000 to $110,000 per year, plus discretionary bonus. (Offered salary is based on a variety of factors, including skills, experience, and qualifications for the role.)

Key Responsibilities

Digital Strategy & Campaign Leadership

Develop and execute U.S. digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, the DJ community, product adoption, and community engagement.

Collaborate with the Marketing team and Creative to develop multi-channel campaigns across web, social, email, influencers, and paid media.

Drive product launch strategies with product planning, artist relations, sales, and marketing teams.

Social Media & Community Growth

Oversee all U.S. social media channels, ensuring consistent brand voice and high-impact content.

Grow followers/subscribers as well as community engagement.

Create organic and paid campaigns with a strong understanding of DJ culture, performance techniques, and product use‑cases to execute the digital marketing strategies.

Manage social media team and content creators to execute digital marketing strategies.

Work with agency to implement and track paid campaign results, budget and spending.

Track trends and emerging platforms relevant to DJs and music creators.

Content Development

Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to deliver compelling digital assets.

Provide input and feedback on creative assets to ensure cultural relevance and digital performance.

Analytics & Optimization

Monitor marketing KPIs and deliver insights to improve engagement, conversion, and ROI, including initiatives and campaigns utilizing agencies.

Optimize SEO, SEM, paid social, and retargeting campaigns.

Influencer, Artist & Partner Collaboration

Partner with DJs, content creators, and music industry influencers to amplify brand presence, product awareness, and DJing as a hobby or career path.

Support artist relations team in digital initiatives, events and artist collaborations.

Email Campaigns

Oversee all email campaigns for U.S. subscribers

Manage content creators to execute email campaigns to accomplish digital marketing strategies.

Utilize Hubspot to implement and analyze email campaigns.

Education and Experience Requirements

High School diploma or equivalency

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in Marketing or similar subject, preferred

A minimum of 4 years of digital marketing experience, preferably in DJ category, music, consumer electronics, entertainment, or lifestyle brands.

A minimum of two (2) year(s) of management experience

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.)

Expertise in analytics platforms (including Meta Ads Manager, Hubspot and Google Analytics).

Experience in managing CRM platforms and customer database segmentation, preferably in Hubspot

Experience with Shopify (for marketing and analytics), preferred

Experience with Adobe creative cloud (and/or related photo editing software), preferred

Experience with DJ programs, including rekordbox, Serato DJ, Traktor as well as performance mixers, controllers, preferred

Experience with Data / Business Intelligence software knowledge (ie., Power BI, Tableau, etc.), preferred

DJ Experience preferred, whether professional, hobbyist, or enthusiast‑level

Skills and Competencies

Job Knowledge & Technical Ability:

Strong knowledge of digital marketing principles, including SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, paid advertising, and campaign optimization. Proficient in analytics platforms with the ability to interpret data and apply insights to improve performance. Experience managing CRM platforms and customer segmentation. Demonstrated ability to develop, execute, and evaluate multi‑channel marketing campaigns from strategy through reporting. Knowledge of paid media planning, budget tracking, and performance measurement. Familiarity with e‑commerce and website marketing platforms. Experience working with influencers, artists, or music communities preferred. Strong understanding of DJ culture, music trends, and digital/social media ecosystems. Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while collaborating effectively across teams and external partners.

Travel Requirements

Occasional travel: Local and national travel to promotional events, trade shows, sponsorship events, etc. (up to 20%)

Occasional travel requires a valid driver's license and reliable transportation. The role involves some regional travel by car and requires valid and active insurance.

Physical & Mental Demands

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, sit, and walk. Must be able to sit at an office workstation for an extended period of time. May need to reach, stoop, or kneel to access items.

Must be able to talk, hear and use wrists, hands and/or fingers frequently and repetitively to operate a computer, telephone and other office productivity machinery.

Must frequently prepare or inspect documents, and convey details or important instructions or ideas accurately, loudly, or quickly.

Ability to work independently, and prioritize duties to ensure timely completion. The ability to collaborate is also imperative.

Requires active listening, critical thinking, making decisions, time management, as well as administrative skills.

Ability to interact in a courteous professional manner at all times.

Regular, predictable attendance is required. Includes adherence to the hybrid work schedule (Mon/Fri – work from home, Tues/Weds/Thurs – in‑office) and core hours of 10am to 4pm on in‑office workdays.

Role may require extended periods of standing, engaging with customers, and maintaining a professional demeanor in dynamic environments when travelling and representing the company at trade shows, conferences, or similar events.

Role occasionally involves physical activity such as lifting, carrying, and setting up booth materials and displays, as well as breaking down equipment post‑event; candidates should be comfortable with repetitive movement and occasional moderate lifting, pushing and pulling (up to 25 lbs).

Travel may involve driving long distances, operating a vehicle for extended periods, maintaining alertness, and managing schedules across multiple sites or client locations. Comfort with independent travel is essential.
