Automotive Dealership Detail Manager

As the Detail Manager atDelray Buick GMC, you will oversee all aspects of the vehicle detailing process to ensure every car meets the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation before it reaches our customers. You will lead a team dedicated to maintaining our dealership's reputation for quality and excellence, working closely with sales and service departments to enhance the overall customer experience.
Responsibilities

Manage and supervise the detailing team, ensuring timely and thorough cleaning and preparation of vehicles.
Develop and implement quality control procedures to maintain high detailing standards.
Coordinate with sales and service departments to prioritize vehicle readiness and customer delivery schedules.
Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ordering materials as needed.
Train and mentor detailing staff to improve skills and efficiency.
Monitor and control detailing budget while maximizing productivity.
Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations related to vehicle cleaning products and disposals.
Requirements

Previous experience in automotive detailing management or a related role preferred.
