Job Summary
Sell Comcast Internet, Data, Video and Voice services to small and mid‑size businesses with a focus on advanced communications solutions such as PRI, Hosted PBX and multi‑location opportunities. The role includes creating and delivering face‑to‑face sales presentations, promoting bundled products, and exceeding departmental financial and unit target goals.
Core Responsibilities
Develop and manage a territory, including local business partnerships and organizational affiliations.
Create and deliver face‑to‑face sales presentations demonstrating knowledge of Comcast products and services.
Promote bundled products to ensure optimal solutions for customers.
Target and exceed departmental financial and unit sales goals.
Stay abreast of competitive landscape and emerging technologies to position Comcast Business Services in the marketplace.
Maintain quality sales records and prepare sales activity reports.
Support Customer Satisfaction and promote a positive impression of the Comcast Experience.
Acquire new sales of Comcast Commercial Internet, Video and Voice services to small and mid‑size businesses.
Generate new leads via cold calling, canvassing, customer referrals, and partner relationships.
Identify improvement areas through consultative processes to enhance prospects’ communication capabilities.
Manage territory with high activity and a comprehensive business plan.
Collaborate with technical, customer service and support staff to ensure end‑to‑end customer sales and satisfaction.
Maintain a pipeline of qualified prospects to achieve monthly quota performance above target.
Remain knowledgeable of Comcast products and services to facilitate sales efforts.
Achieve and exceed assigned sales and business quality objectives.
Adhere to all company standards, maintain punctual, regular and consistent attendance.
Execute additional duties as assigned.

Compensation
Base Pay: $68,750.00
Total Target Compensation (Base Pay + Targeted Commission): $118,750.00
