Job Summary
We are seeking a Graphic Design Specialist to join our in‑house Brand and Creative team. This craft‑focused role is designed for a professional who excels at transforming briefs into polished, on‑brand visual deliverables, with a key emphasis on infographic design, data visualization, and advanced presentation design. The role is responsible for translating pre‑gathered information and content into clear, compelling visual stories. You will collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams while owning design decisions and driving projects from concept through completion.
Responsibilities
Infographic and Data Visualization Design: create infographics and data visualization assets based on stakeholder direction, transform pre‑compiled data into engaging design pieces, apply visual hierarchy, develop reusable visual frameworks and templates.
Presentation Design: build polished, branded presentations in PowerPoint for internal and external audiences, elevate existing presentations, develop and maintain templates aligned with the brand design system.
General Graphic Design: produce on‑brand marketing materials across digital and print (social media graphics, digital ads, email banners), maintain brand consistency, manage reusable design templates, support campaign, event, and content initiatives.
Project Management: manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment, incorporate feedback efficiently, iterate quickly while maintaining quality and attention to detail.

Qualifications & Experience
Advanced: design and produce data‑driven infographics, executive‑level PowerPoint presentations, interpret and visualize data accurately, proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, PowerPoint.
Intermediate: build and maintain slide templates, infographic toolkits, reusable asset libraries, create print and digital design materials aligned with brand systems, manage multiple design projects across varying deadlines.
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Fine Arts, or equivalent practical experience. 2–5 years of graphic design experience (preferably in‑house or agency).
Strong portfolio demonstrating infographic design, data visualization, and presentation design.
Detail‑oriented with strong time‑management skills, able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Receptive to feedback, collaborative, strong communication skills.
Preferred: experience with Figma or other digital design tools, Canva, motion graphics or basic animation, interactive content platforms, data‑heavy content such as reporting or financial communications.
Compensation & Benefits
Estimated annual pay range: $75,000 – $90,000 (base + bonus). Benefits may include medical, vision, dental, 401(K), and flexible spending.
