Commercial Lines Account Manager

The Hilb Group is currently seeking a motivated and ambitious Commercial Lines Account Manager to join our team. This position will report to our agency located in Irmo, SC, and is an in-office role.
Responsibilities

Assisting in all aspects of client’s commercial insurance needs, from information gathering, preparing applications and renewal marketing to policy administration
Contributing to various team meetings
Participating in day-to-day communication with clients proactively
Assisting clients with questions and issue resolution
Participating as a team member in a fast-paced, growing sales environment open to continuous improvement
Qualifications

College degree preferred
1-2 years of experience with insurance license
Detail-oriented and exceptional organizational and computer skills, especially Excel
Excellent interpersonal, time management, analytical, written, and verbal communication and problem-solving skills
Self-starter, flexible, able to multi-task and handle responsibilities with minimal supervision
