Account Specialist Float Full-Time, Monday Friday 8:00 AM -5:00 PM Possible Saturday & Sunday 7:45 am-6:30 pm, Previous cashier experience Good computer skills & knowledge Exceptional customer service skills Must be able to answer multi-line phones Experience with the following office equipment: Copier, printer, fax machine Must be able to register & schedule patients Previous medical office experience a plus Responsibilities: Register patients, Collect & post payments daily, Audit tickets, and Work closely with patients on a professional level Be able to handle confidential information and have a high degree of flexibility Possess strong organizational and communication skills with all levels of the organization Possess intermediate skills in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
