Leading the US Strategic team, the full-time Senior Sales Development Manager will define and execute outbound strategies, coach a team of Sales Development Representatives, and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to drive business growth.
Key responsibilities
Manage and develop a team of Sales Development Representatives to achieve strong business results
Optimize SDR processes for outbound prospecting to increase revenue and align with company goals
Utilize data and performance metrics to enhance team productivity and drive continuous improvement
Required qualifications
3+ years of experience in Sales Development or SaaS sales with a proven track record of top performance
At least 3 years of management experience
Familiarity with tools such as Gong.io, Outreach, Salesforce, and Sales Navigator
Experience in creating and delivering effective training programs with measurable results
Strong analytical skills to identify process inefficiencies and implement improvements
