Key responsibilities
Promote AmeriTrust's lending solutions to mortgage brokers and drive business growth
Conduct market analysis and advise brokers on suitable loan products
Ensure a seamless experience throughout the lending process by nurturing client relationships
Required qualifications
Strong skills in client relationship management and business development
Understanding of various mortgage products, including Non-QM, DSCR, FHA, VA, Conventional, and Jumbo loans
Proficiency in market analysis, sales strategy, and deal structuring
Experience in wholesale lending or similar roles is highly beneficial
Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field is preferred
