Managing a portfolio of core accounts, the full-time salaried Lead Relationship Manager will proactively solve client issues, negotiate contracts, and identify new business opportunities while working in a remote-eligible capacity.
Key responsibilities:

Partner internally and externally to identify additional business opportunities and maintain relationships to expand business value
Participate in external industry events to enhance brand awareness and drive business growth
Identify, manage, and escalate risks or issues impacting customers while supporting internal cross-functional initiatives

Required qualifications:

High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification
At least 4 years of business development, sales, strategy, or relationship management experience within the financial services or payments industry
